〔記者彭健禮／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣53歲黃姓男子，有多次毒品前科，為地方藥頭；檢警調查，他批1公克安毒約1千元，再分裝零售，分別以1千販售0.2公克給徐姓藥腳、以3千元販售1公克給洪姓藥腳，2次交易淨利2800元；另免費提供陳姓藥腳吸食海洛因、林姓藥腳吸食安毒2次，被苗栗地院依違反毒品危害防制條例，判處9年半。
檢警調查，黃男於2015年9月1日，在苗栗市住家樓下，以1000元價格，賣給徐姓藥腳安毒0.2公克；2015年10月7日，黃男受洪姓藥腳委託，在後龍鎮某處加油站附近，以3000元價格，賣給洪姓藥腳安毒1公克。
另，黃男於2015年9月2日，在住家樓下，無償轉讓1小包微量海洛因給陳姓藥腳吸食；於2015年10月4日、5日，各提供0.2公克安毒，免費供林姓藥腳在他住家房間吸食。
檢警調查，黃男批拿1公克安毒約1千元，再分裝零售，每0.2公克1小包販售1千元。黃男與徐姓藥腳交易，所得1千元，但扣除「成本」200元，淨利800元；黃男與洪姓藥腳交易，所得3千元，扣除「成本」1千元，淨利2千元。
法官審酌黃男為圖己私利，任將第2級毒品（安非他命）販賣他人藉以牟利，又恣意幫助他人施用第二級毒品，並無償轉讓第一級毒品（海洛因）及禁藥予他人施用，助長毒品氾濫及吸毒歪風，直接戕害國民身心健康，間接危害社會治安，危害程度非輕，判博客來網路書局處有期徒刑9年6個月。
